Preconstruction
A preconstruction phase that is properly executed ensures success of the project. Klein Construction will review your requirements and goals for the project prior to the beginning of the construction phase. The following services will be provided:

- Analysis of design and specifications
- Identify materials and equipment which could potentially impact design cost and scheduling
- Evaluate proposed design and formulate construction systems and alternatives for cost-saving
- Review all local government codes and requirements; verify plan check and permit procurement procedures; verify local code and safety requirements
- Prepare detailed estimate by trade
- Create and update project schedule
- Prepare documents about general and specific conditions
- Suggest cost-effective construction techniques and subcontractors for project
- Request trade bids, qualify, analyze and report bid tabulation and create bidders list

Construction
A successful project under construction will keep your goal in focus, adapt to changes, and meet budget and time restrictions.

The following services will be provided:

- Arrange, facilitate and supervise all subcontractors to adhere to schedule and accordance to plans through final completion of and approval of owner
- Employ a full-time superintendent and support staff at the job site to meet requirements of project and ensure clear communication between client and project team
- Maintain a record keeping system of daily logs, progress schedules, material lists, shop drawings, etc.
- Coordinate and acquire legally required permits. Work with governmental agencies and utility companies for overall coordination of project
- Facilitate meetings throughout the duration of project
- Coordinate provisions for safety inspection systems for all trade contractors
- Review and coordinate all change order requests from subcontractors to submit for approval from owner
- Monitor and facilitate the completion of punch lists in a timely manner
- Collect and organize Releases of Claims necessary before final payment to subcontractors
- Facilitate final walkthrough inspection to ensure completion of project
